How are the 37" Trepador sticky's doing in the wet, dirt and mud of the PNW?

I'm currently running 38.5" SX's but am wanting to go sticky's and am looking at getting the Trepadors but am curious how they are handling the mud and dirt.

:hi:

Mark, I've been holding off buying the sticky's just so I don't make you look bad :hi:

Put the SX's up for sale, and am just trying to decide on wheel options. Still debating cutting the ftoy up and linking it or just fixing the kinked spring and improving it. Part of me still would still like to be ftoy comp legal and run the full circuit next year.

But links and full hydro would be fun... damn decisions. Besides keeping up with the bling buggy's while running leafs is always fun :awesomework:

And don't forget about bragging right's:awesomework:

I don't know about the mud around here, but I know they are waaaaaaaay stickier than the creepy crawler's. After Donner, my driver's brand new set were about 80%.

Damn thats some fast wear. I heard they have several different compounds running around.

If they are bought new any time after Goldendale they are the super softies, just like the 40" creepy's, they had 3 stages of sticky, and there is no getting the harder one's anymore.

all I was pointing out is that the trepador's have 3 generation's of sticky just like the creepy's. Though the trepador's are the softest.
I thought that the treps and creepys where the same compounds, that came from Ken Blume of Rock Rod racing and the durometer numbers came from Cottin Rod

Maxxis 762: 45
Maxxis 356: 61
Comp Mickey: 58
Maxxis 399: 51.5
Red Label: 61
Blue Label: 70
Irok: 71

I am going to assume the lower the # the softer the compound stan?

I have the creepys in 762 and they are very sticky and it only took one day at naches to nock off all the edges. I still cant believe the amount of traction I gained with these tires. good thing I put my 60 in the front.:redneck:

well number's don't lie, but guy's with the 40's have 3 and 4 comp's on their's, and they are doing better than every other 37 I've seen, especially my guy.
