Truck question

95 dodge v10 3/4ton 4x4 auto 110K miles has no bed on it.

First question, is it worth 1500 bucks?
Second is if I end up with it what should I do. Cut front fenders put 40s weld up the axles and wheel the **** out of it or cut it down to short bed length put a bed back on it and drive it.

So what do all you think give me your opinion.

leave it stock and bring it to wheelin so I can make some good video!!!!! Maybe paint the tires different colors and wear a wig while driving it.... I have seen this before!
