Truss question

Look up TMR customs in Canada. I run the same axle. I don't run their truss on my front because I had already finished my build when I found them. Good prices. I like their designs. Never have to wait a month while artec finishes a gov contract before they ship your truss out. I run TMR truss on my rear 14bolt

Are you using a single or double ended ram? Mounting a single end on my GM 60 was a pain in the ass with the Artec truss. If I had to do it over again, I would have got a Wide Open Designs truss.

really like my artec trusses. i had my DE ram mounted before and just had their truss for my 60. my ram mounting got beat up and i added their ram mount too. every part i've got from artec has been great quality

I used an Artec backbone truss on my rear axle, and the DIY ram mount on the front axle. They're both very nice products.

Here are a few pics of my current Ram mount. I would love to get the the truss and ram mount from Artec but don't have the coin for all that would be involved. Does any one know if I can add it later on down the road as money is saved?

Re: Re: Truss question

Yes you can add later, you'll have to add gussets since their mount kit with truss incorporates them.

Love mine by the way :dblthumb:

Get the Artex truss installed two of them and wonderful fit and look great also I have bet the piss out of mine and it is holding up very well

If you get the truss, and then add the ram mount later I have the little bridge piece that ties them together and covers the ram. I bought it thinking I could use it on mine, but it doesn't line up right on mine. I'll sell it cheap.
