Does anyone have plans to build the pro tools 105 or the JD2 bender? I would rather build the bender so I can spend more on dies.

I dunno about the pro tools benders but I found this a while back and saved the page. looks like a decent bender and it can be built for fairly cheap, with the option to use a haudraulic ram to make it nice and eazy.

From reading around those style benders will only bend 90 deg. instead of 240 deg. or whatever it is that the laydown style will do. Im trying to build a 5 foot stinger and I don't think I could do it with 90deg bends.

well I found the drawing for the arms if anyone wants them I think im just going to buy a bender though. All the machine shops I went to you had to have soo many made and it didn't seem cost effective.

I have the plans for the Got Trikes bender. I bought them back in the day. I priced out steel at like $200 to build it back then. I never did it due to circumstances, but when I went to price it out again, it was over $300 just for the frame material because the price of steel had gone up so much. It wasnt worth it at that point. But, they are decent plans.
