What do I need to make it work and be dependable?

Unless your racing, go with a drivers drop atlas. Choose your gearing and save money on not having to gear axles. Even if your racing, most aren't breaking atlas cases.

I have a 205 and the turbo 350 already.

A factory adapter from a 700r4 or 4l60 and a 27 spline female to 31 slined male spud shaft from Advanced Adapters will make it work.
