Twin sticking a LT230??

I know this isn't a Transfer case that many of you may know about, but I'd like to pick up a cable operated Twin stick setup for my LR based buggy. The Lt230 is an AWD transfer case in everyday driving conditions, with the ability to shift to Diff lock which supplies a true 50/50 split to the drive shafts. It has a High and Low for AWD and Diff Lock. It's oriented in a passenger side drop if you will. Any suggestions on where I might start looking??

Midwest control has all kinds of cables. We used these on both ends. http://www.midwestcontrol.com/series.php?id=7
Then fab up what ever you need. Can even get dirt track type shifters to make it easy.
