yah I read it that way too. :redneck:This plan they want to roll out will most likely end up putting money outside of the area you would want it to go to. If there was a way that you could ensure that if 1000 people bought $40/yr at walker valley, there would be another $40k/yr there, then I'd be for it. But sadly I can't see that happening.If we could rally DNR to pressure the legislature to put in a clause like above, that'd be good for us.
