I wish I had more time to get involved, here's a idea to think about?What about "USERS" volunteering time for things such as work parties / clean up and other things like, well i don't know.... helping that specific area to stay open and useable for years to come. VERSUS the pass the bucket around to fill someones pockets. If offroaders put in the time for such things, they could receive a pass to go offroading for free yearly. Otherwise then by all means, no HOURS put in for helping or work duties, then charge users a fee.? :corn:
