I'd like to see 4x4 trail users require an ORV tag like in Oregon. The price isn't really the issue but the tag should be required. Why? If tags were required it would give the LEOs a tool to cite drivers that shouldn't be there. There would be far fewer dumbass kids with their Mom's Exploder hitting the trails to party.
