those prices do seem steep.$5-$10 makes more sence. unless it included lunch. if i bought a year pass it better cover the whole state not just 1 spot. and if i end up having to buy a pass it better get checked by an official, or else whats the point of buying it; if no one checks it. especially if the next guy gets to wheel for free.
