I already pay $60.00+ for the annual forest pass. This is on top of the additinoal monies for fishing licenses...even during times when I'm not fishing to just launch a boat in the summer time to play on the lake.On that note I have no problem paying a yearly fee of $60-100 a year to use an ORV area, however there needs to be certainty the money is used for the trails and NOT PUT INTO a GENERAL FUND, or SOME OTHER PET PROJECT. This should also extend to dirtbikes, quads, and other ORV's, and not signling out rigs.
