It's pretty simple. Drop the pan, remove detent and linkage from shift rail, remove filter and the bolts, take a fluid bath when removing the old valve body. Install new one and torque bolts to like 110 inch pounds. Reverse all other steps and viola. Hardest part is letting go of 500$ just to have your pattern backwards.
