I wanted to get a visual sense of the proposal before the public meeting on the 18th. So, I imported a number of Reiter maps I could find into a vector imaging program (InkScape) and created some overlays. I've saved them in my gallery here, but they are too small to be of any value so I've also uploaded them to flickr here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/locksmithdon/tags/dnr/ where you can see better detail in larger images. Let me know if you find any discrepancies and I'll either fix it or remove the image. Here are some thumbnails. The transparent yellow area represents the draft proposal.

Disclaimer: There is a very good chance I wasn't exactly perfect with the application of these overlays. Any spots of concern should be inquired about. Just don't assume these overlays are perfect. The DNR applies a similar disclaimer :D

I think there was a spot you missed here. I noticed you used the 'interim strategies' map to overlay yellow as places that are sanctioned for ORV use. (this area doesn't include cable trail, basically the area thats not in yellow around the 17 between the border and the blue road)
This area is included in the plan right now, although parts of it are labeled 'low suitability'

Otherwise, its looking good! thanks for the work :awesomework:
