Yep, ECORS will be back at The Great American Park in Auburn again this year. May 19 to be exact.
Last year, this was the overwhelming favorite race for the racers and us as well. It was a fast course, open, and the landowner is second to none!
We'll be there Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the race. We need help setting up the course, crowd control, recovery, general assistance, etc. The race was a favorite, but the volunteer numbers last year were a little low.
We'll feed you for the day, give you some ECORS swag as well as some sponsor prizes, etc.
If a group of you or your club want to volunteer, we'll gladly work out a donation to your club or other organization for your efforts.
Clubs and groups that help out, we'll have vendor spots available for you to promote yourself, put up banners, etc.
If you or your fine lady friend
are good at selling shirts and swag, there is some $$$ in it for you too Remember, sex sells! So long as its not 35%.
Volunteers that are coming in from out of town, we can work out some sleeping arrangements as well.
