no pics of course, they headed out at 6 this morning (get there at 9) and are going to head home at 4 this afternoon. wow, that better be a good day of wheelin. ben took his wife and 2 girls. 1 is only a year or so old, so they won't be getting it very hard. heath claims he is going to try the WOD, so stay posted for another pic of retardation tomorrow.

I took my son with me to Hot Springs and he was about a year and a half old his first time? Like Kelly said, as long as they can support their neck they will be good to go. But Cole slept through most of the trails.
