I posted on a couple other local boards but thought I would cover all my bases.

We are looking to run Walker this weekend, and wondering if anyone has been up there lately. With all the snow and ice we are wondering how difficult it will be to get to the trail head (we've never been). Most of us have trailer queens so we'd be towing of course.

Any input would be apprecaited, condition of trails, roads to trail head, etc...
Thanks,

it was slick and nasty a couple weekends ago lotta fun though need to be locked or it'll be really fun

how about getting to the trail head? I've never been, is it a good enough road that we will be able to drive the tow rigs and trailers on it? Or will we have to unload and drive the 4x4s up? (like at Evans Creek, alot of guys unload on the pavement and drive up the gravel roads)

There is a parking lot, you park your tow at, or there are wide spots on the Peter Burns Rd ( gravel road that runs through the Walker Valley area)

The trail head is about a half mile down on the Peter Burns Rd
