DNR needs our help finishing up the hardening of the section of trail that DOE had a problem with.

Meeting at the main lot at 9.

We will be hauling 1/2-1 man sized rock from the begining of the trail about 1/4 mile up the trail. We will then place this rock. We will then be placing 5/8- rock on top of this. (yes, I know, I hate hardening trails too:mad:)

If we get done with this in a timely manner, there are a few other "problem" area's that could use a little work.

As soon as we get this assignment done, Elysse(sp?) can start working on getting Jeep Cross back open.

Thanks Jacob! It all depends on how much I get done around the house this week...:awesomework:
We do need to finish the project we started last month, so that we can move on to others (Jeep Cross IS in the crosshairs to be worked on next, provided no other major issues come up :;.....), and I will say "pioneering" new trail (or even opening 'old' trail) does NOT help matters any.

hopefully i will but im with Zukkev if i dont get some things done at the house im in trouble

Looks like I will be down later than earlier. Trying to finish up a tile job that is making me crazy....Gotta work to pay off the vacation.

What the???

Somewhere inhere I saw you had posted about racing tomorrow rick, and now I don't see that post! It's all good though---the thought is appreciated!:awesomework: Have fun tomorrow!:cheer:

Yup and it's just as lame of an excuse as any.:looser: I just get busy in the summer so it's hard to fit things like this in sometimes....Spring and fall are usually better for me.

Missed out on a good day---got all the larger rock done, and a good portion of the binder (no pun intended!:redneck:) done as well...Any folks that passed thru on their way up pitched in and hauled rock up the hill too!!! Went very well this time with no altercations!:cheer:
Ran into Mauler on his way out just after finishing up, bs'd fer a sec...then proceeded to catch up with bill (blue 1st Gen), well, just as I departed mauler I was haulin' and kinda forgot that the water bars had been re-dug....needless to say the sami went airborn (cleared the waterbar!!!:haha:)...what I didn't realize (until catching up with the rest of the guys at the landing above expressway) was I snapped the right front main leaf right at the perch!!!:yikes: Pretty much ended my day...:booo: But due to the way everything ended up when it broke, I was able to drive out under it's own power without repairing anything!!!:cheer: I'll get a couple pics tomorrow sometime.)...ohhhh what to do---leaves again or links/coils...:corn::D

this is what i get for stepping away from the computer for the week.:looser: darnit. sound like you guys had a good time wish i could of ben there.
man i would of love to see a blue zuk going air born threw the woods..... maybe next time. i say stick with leafs.:awesomework:

I drove through there today and it looks like you guys got a lot of rock in place.:awesomework:

Woohoo! None of me leaning on a shovel this time!:cheer::D

Yeah Brian, it was cool to meet you and your buddy too!!!:D Thanks a BUNCH fer takin' a few out of your weekend to help out!!! Hope the rest of the weekend was uneventful, and that 'borrowed rig' didn't decide to create its own 'crankcase breather'!!!:redneck: And those guys in the EB, the red yota, the black jeep (and a couple others in their group) were just passin' thru, and hauled up a bunch of rock on their way thru for us!!! Big thanks to those guys too!!! :awesomework::awesomework::awesomework:
