They got the house across the street pretty much done. Its nice has a 3 car garage / basement 3 bdr / 2bath and I can attest that this is the most awesome'ness neighborhood I have ever lived in. Lots of good kids and 'rents that keep an eye on activities.

Id love to see someone with some kind of wheeling back ground buy this place, I mean c'mon your neighbor has a welder, tube bender etc. You know you wanna live next to P and hear the up and down the street occasionally !!!

PS. we could seriously cut trails from your backyard and rock out without pissing anyone off... I got my eye's on a rock shelf about 1/3 mile through the woods from behind this lot... COME AWN !!

I didnt see that place, but I did see one that is maybe across the street...lot #20 and lot #14 looks like they arent done yet though.

This one is "now" ready. Theres two at the end of the road Im on that are real close... One is laid out more like mine. instead of that split level stuff. I like it alot , floor plan is laid out better than mine Ambo says its less Sq ft than ours but I think its exactly the same personally. laughing1

oh well....not like I could buy right now anyway, but that would be cool place to have. the freakin market hear sucks and we would loose our ass on this place....prolly gonna take a year or so to be able to break even. was tryin to see what the market is like in that area.

I think the builders are being optimistic still. I know they got a little fired up because they sold the first 4 before or right as they finished them. When I first moved in every weekend there would be several vehicles passing through looking at new homes. Its a rarity now, its going to suck when they come off the next one they sell and I will be sitting in mine for 10K more of some ****. laughing1

Im staying until HB graduates so its all good.

I could deal with 10K.....lol the builder that built our place doesnt build in here anymore, now it is someone else that builds less quality homes for about 50K less for the BASE price....fuggin sucks
