Anyone (maybe one of you vendors or shop owners) have access to a manual for a 9.5ti?

Last time out I found out my line brake on my 9.5ti isn't working. Not sure what's wrong with it. Long story but when i bought it (used) I pulled to many bolts and the case separated, I was able to get it back together but I'm guessing I got something installed incorrectly.

Any help would be great.

Yup, I used their form no luck yet. If I don't hear back before the weekend Ill try their phone line.

They have a parts diagram on the site but that doesn't have much detail to it.

It ususally takes a couple/few days for Warn to get back to you. When they do they are very helpful. :awesomework:

There is a spring and some dogs that need to be put in just right on the shaft that goes through the center of the winch if you don't get the shaft clocked correctly then the brake doesn't work... I have had mine apart and had the same issue. It is a little hard to get it back together correctly.

If you want to drive to Monroe I can show you how to correct the issue.

Just got an email from Warn, no manual. They just have thier parts diagram which isn't helpful except for showing the order of the pieces, not necessarily the oreintation of each.

Scott you going to be around Friday evening by chance? I might be heading up there after work on Friday.

yes I think I will be home I have no plans at the moment. I'll PM you my info.

It will take a bit of time to fix the issue and it would be faster if the winch was already off the rig. We will be taking the winch completely apart.
