So its been forever since I have played with this winch. Can I rotate the engage/diss-engage hub on the winch? The stock location is right on top and I would like to put it at the bottom. I wanna say I have done this before but I can't remember.

Yeah, It should be able to rotate to just about any position if my memory is correct from the last time I had mine apart.
