any locals making them in 16.5s? i see bobby makes 15" but not 16.5s...ide rather spend my money around here than buy from another state....

The dude (Jason I think?) don't quote me on that. Out in eastern washington makes a 16.5. PM tomsbrokeagain for his name and number.

Why would you want a 16.5 beadlock though. 16.5's bring the suck.

Probably not enough interest in 16.5's to make it worthwhile for a mfg'er to make enough to make any money off them. I bet if you sweet talked one of the various vendors that makes 'em, you might be able to convince them to make you a set... but you'll probably pay for 'em.

Just make sure the inner bead on those 16.5's doesn't suck like most 16.5" rims... it would be a bummer to get the beadlocks all welded on and find out the inner bead won't hold for ****.

Instead of doing a 16.5 weld on lock, you might want to consider Hummer rims. Internal double bead locks are the ****..........and the H1 stuff is cheap......and 16.5

i already have a set....they are too wide...my rig is 88" bulge to bulge...so im simply going to a 6.75 stock wheel and a weld on beadlock to get my width back to 84",and i ran 5psi in the snow several times this winter with just an outer lock and had no issues...

Greatlakes, ruff stuff and rockstomper all make 16.5 weld ons. The guy karl vp is talking about is Brian D. He does not make 16.5's.

i understand the hummers advantages,i have 3/4 ton brakes on my front 60 and i would hafta change to a dually outers for those wheels, unless i got them re-centered and thats more money than what im trying to do...

The thing I was going to try a while ago shane at least on the back bead was to run a fat bead where the factory should have put one and as long as you can get the tire bead over it you shouldnt lose an inner bead anyway. Let me know what you end up with the j20 has 16.5s.
