My boss says that the worst time is the best time if you're gonna make it. When you are the most tapped out financially and at the end of your rope, that's when he still jumps on deals and overextends. Dont think that's sound advice for about 99% of the pop, but I'm resourceful and can seem to make money happen. SO, right when I'm getting ready to build a house and finish the shop, another house in town comes up. 85% redone, all the surrounding houses went for $100K plus in the same to worse shape than this one, $65K. Needs another 10K to be done. **** it, jumped on it. Now I had to do some creative financing to make sure this isn't on my credit so when I go to get money for my construction or final loan they don't deny me for already being too thin on paper (already way too thin laughing1) So I go to dad. He doens't have money, but has credit. he has no physical ability to fix up a house anymore, nor can he maintain it becuase he used up his body milking cows and farming for 45 years hard labor. I can fix it up, live in it til mine is done and maintain it when the renters come after I move out. I have to spend all the fix up dollars and maintain it, and make sure the mortgage is paid, but I can take the profits from the sale when the market comes back and split it with him. hoping to owe 75ish to $80K on it when completely done and roll out in 5 years. this is going to be a tough year and I need to sell the sheep or part it. **** it, I wheeled once this year, good enough, right :flipoff1: molaugh
the mill, found a ball screw index mill, vertical, very large with digital readout and indexing turret adn some tooling for $2500 today. still tight. **** yeah. my equipment loan is getting bigger. I need a LOC to swallow this **** on. Need to talk to the banker, right laughing1 I think he's tired of seeing me.
oh yeah, and the wife hasn't stopped crying for 4 days straight, so that's going aweosme too :flipoff1:

Ben there done that, My wife and I have put ourselves in huge financial binds in the past. If your strong and resourceful you will always pull out of it. Kelly I have only met you a few times , but your one of the few guys that can make it happen. Who knows after fixing up the new house you might end up a carpenter one day. Then you'll be calling me for advise. :flipoff1: Good luck on your purchase you can never go wrong buying land or a house.
I also vote sell the Sheep, you'll never start your buggy until that whore is gone.

Youll have to part the sheep cuz no one will want that ugly sum bitch as a whole !! laughing1

Stay on top of your game and youll be fine man, your a make it happen kinda guy so no worries bruvva thumb.gif

Yep, you have some good parts. Post up a list of what all you have. Hell, I may need something off it.

Congrats on the house in town thats good ****. Having Shu'y as a neighbor, is what it is....
As for the mill, you heard me say you suck more than once. We need to go by that place again when I'm up there! I've got wood about it.

As for Michelle crying. Hard for her to cry if she has a **** in her mouth!!!! Service your woman, before we have to call in Bones to help out.

I've been doing more sevicing than normal lately. maybe she's crying from pleasure???? that's what made her stop this time, I laid on the bed with her and told her its all ok (lied) and that we'd be fine (more lies) and that she'd find a new job (hasn't yet after a year) and then seduced her. she was right as rain all afternoon. :woody: No need for bones, I've already given her a few diseases, no need for putting anymore in the mix. It could kill her if our brands ever we allowed to comingle

Okay, the couple that owns the house lives in AZ now, and want out of the whole 2 mortgage thing. They accepted and signed our offer. now the work begins. it has all new sheetrock, but was painted yellow with purple carpet, sponged blue in one room, pink carpet in another, addams family wallpaper in another. **** it, with new wiring and sheetrock and fixtures, paint and carpet are a cinch. plus we're putting in a bathroom. gonna be a 3 bed/2 bath palace modernized for about 75K. that goes for about $115K here :woody: Just a little work, time, and sacrifice

picking up the mill tonight. thinking about paying cash (out of our savings that's earmarked for plans and build permit and water meter). I think I can sell a truck bed to a guy for the same amount within a week and the wife might not notice. :flipoff1:
