Okay, the couple that owns the house lives in AZ now, and want out of the whole 2 mortgage thing. They accepted and signed our offer. now the work begins. it has all new sheetrock, but was painted yellow with purple carpet, sponged blue in one room, pink carpet in another, addams family wallpaper in another. **** it, with new wiring and sheetrock and fixtures, paint and carpet are a cinch. plus we're putting in a bathroom. gonna be a 3 bed/2 bath palace modernized for about 75K. that goes for about $115K here Just a little work, time, and sacrificepicking up the mill tonight. thinking about paying cash (out of our savings that's earmarked for plans and build permit and water meter). I think I can sell a truck bed to a guy for the same amount within a week and the wife might not notice.
