Hated I missed this one but had to make a trip to AR. When did they start letting spotters use straps again?

I never knew they stopped?

I think they stopped allowing the ropes being wraped around the spotter and I think there are penalties for using the spotter/ropes

You can still use them. No penalties in the shootout.
