What can I use for this?

Looking for something that I can fit a 250 gallon Ibc caged water tote in. Tote will be used to hold used motor oil, epa says any waste oil storage tanks have to be in something that will hold the capacity of the tank plus 10% I think. I don't want the hassel of forming concrete and all that, plus I want to have the option to move it without a forklift. Some kinda big thick wall plastic square tub thing would work. Anybody got any ideas?

A 60" x 18" plastic kiddie pool will hold 225 gallons if you're thinking cheap and easy.
Won't be exactly enough but you could put a "maximum fill" line on your tote to skirt the issue.
May can find a bigger pool as well.
