I am leaning towards some Military stuff. Probably some anonymous good Samaritan stuff too.
Doctors? Firefighters? Cops?

i have got a great one about a service member who volunteered all of his 14 day leave from Iraq to assist the elderly in my hometown. I am gathering the info for it now and will post it as soon as i have it. He teamed up with a local non-profit months before coming on leave to make SURE he could volunteer. such a service should be recognized thx COLT

I am thinking National Guard soldier. Alot of people dont realize who is in the national guard, until they end up leaving for a deployment over seas. We dont just "guard" the nation stateside, we actually go overseas and work along side active duty soldiers.........yes, I said WE, since I am a member of the FL NG. :dblthumb:

National Guard could definitely work. I think Coaches and Teachers would be good as well.

My vote is to highlight some successful educators, since We have been portrayed in a horrible light lately...

alot of vets and currently deployed soldiers have jeeps/buggies that are at several stages of builds and complete that sit idle...maybe some pics of these or what soldiers do on base with military suv's day to day on base would be cool?
