What do you think that this rig is worth?

I may have a chance to buy a 80 longbox Yota. 20r motor, 4 speed, close to new 33" Cooper snow tires, lift springs new head gasket, and brakes. Last time I seen the rig it ran poor and I am told that the battery is dead now. Hasnt been out in probibly two years. The rear box is beat bad and if memory serves me other body parts arnt so straight.

I will post pics if I can get some tomorrow.

So any idea on price? I know him and dont want to slit his throught but I do want a good deal. He was going to ask $800.
