I'm not a trailer expert so I figured I'd get some opinions before I start replacing parts.
Here's a little back ground. It's a 2011 lawrimore with #3500 axles and I am the original owner. A few months after I bought it the passenger side brake assembly locked up because the adjuster bolt fell into the drum. It destroyed everything inside the drum. I called the dealer and told him what the problem was and he agreed to get me the new parts that I needed. He brought me brake shoes... We finally agreed that I would take the parts off of his personal trailer since I needed the trailer for a ride I was going on the next day.
Since I put the new brake assembly on my trailer I have worn out two tires on that one axle. The other 3 are the original tires that came on it. The brakes are not hooked up on that side because I don't have a brake controller and never got around to hooking them up after I replaced the parts. I put a straight edge down the side of the tires and noticed that the front of the tire sits in about 1/8". The other side is not like that so I know the axle is straight. What doesn't make since to me is how a spindle could be bent forwards.
I jacked it up and everything spins freely with no play in the bearings. Any ideas?
