I've always called/heard perforated steel the staggered circled holes not ovaled. We've used a lot of it in stainless for jobs. I'd hate to quote a 4x10 of that stuff in stainless. I got a quote last week for a 4x10x.063 and it was in the neighborhood of $350, it was almost half that this time last year.
