I want the Round Staggard with 1/4" holes. I asked the guy for SS and AL sheets. I asked for .063 like you quoted just to get a comparison. I am thinking 16 g would be good for a floor. I never measured the stuff in the Bash Buggy, but I would say it was no thicker than .100
