10 hours deep and only that far ::) getting the initial 2 rows in was a bitch b/c we squared all the rooms on the north wall so all the wood meets up in the hallway without ninja rigging it :woody:

it's 3-1/4" wide X 3/4 thick solid Oak... got it at Home Depot for a pretty good price...

Rob, not to be picky, but any reason you did not put #30 felt paper down? Is it to late?

x2, gotta put something down under that.

Looks good. I have installed a good amount of hardwood and my last two houses were/are all hardwood other than the kitchen...love it.

using red rosin paper, the tar paper is a mess been there before... They say craft paper is fine but the red rosin paper is heavier weight than the craft paper (I forget what # though)

ah snap... my dad's the handyman he gets the **** started. I'm just a trained monkey booyang

laid down another 7 foot deep from those pics last night---we really got on a roll and finished earlier than usual thumb.gif ****'s goin in easy now. It's really most efficient with 3 guys... got your normal **** fitter, got your nailer and you got your special attention area fitter... My dad gets the stuff workin good around all the tight spots, ends, floor radiators... Robby lines up and smacks boards in and I nail... When it's just two of us there's alot of stand around time because one guy is working on all the special fitment stuff which is a waste of time b/c while my dad's doing that we are starting on the next row now... :woody:

Looks Good Man! I Do that Stuff alot it is what pays the Jeep Bills. But Iwill Tell you what It Will Up the Resale on that House Big Time.... Not to mention look Great
Al

Past 2 nights I've been working on getting my SV650 sold... Guy brought me the $$$ tonight sp that thang is GONE! Now back to work on the house... all we did tonight was bring over furniture. :woody:
