What size brake line on a tuber?

Im going to let Brain build me a tube chassi and am wondering what size tube you guys have used? I really want to go stainless, but only size I can get is 3/16ths. Being a brake tech, I know that this is about as small as it gets, but would it look to small on a clod super? I can get the standard line in almost any size, but I know its coated with some nasty stuff, and just not sure which way to go. Is stainless going to be worth the extra money? does it braze together well? any info would help.

3/16" or 1/4" Not much you can do till you start. maybe a mixture of the 2?

no one is using a tube chassis out of brake line that I know of in the club. There are 2 tubers made out of solid 1/8th wire mine being one of them. That is probally why you did not get a response. You may try over at RCC for a broder audiance

Mine is the other. I think actual brake line looks too thick for a TLT. Solid steel looks much better.
