They DO charge more for shipping by the zone it's in. I send stuff all the time by UPS so I also know they just jacked the rates due to higher fuel costs. (sent an item to AK a year ago for $100. Now they want $300 for the exact same thing!) The seller may have thought it was Washington AC too! :haha:
