What wt of oil on tired 22re

I've got an 22re that's pretty tired and was wondering whats the heaviest oil I can run in it?

I'd use Delo 400 15W-40.

I don't know, it just seems to use quite a bit of oil, but it's been sitting for almost a year so I figure the rings are a little sticky. Think I'll try the 20-50 and see what that dose for it. I just don't want to run too heavy and not get oil to the valve train.

I run 20/50 rotella in mine and works good.

Lately i've been running 5-30, but its also 0 outside right now... But before i got out here i ran Delo 400 15-40 and it seemed to like that...

My old '81 W/ 180K really seemed to use the least oil with Napa branded 20/50....but just about any 20/50 surely would've been fine(napa was the cheapest for me)
