Well, the last one I put together I used quality parts, all the way down to OEM Toyota brand FIPG and everything, but I understand about the whole OEM quality thing. Im pretty meticulous when it comes to these things, which is also why I mentioned documenting the build (bearing clearances, various stages of assembly, etc). All my rebuild parts also are coming from Ted at engine builder, except the head gasket which will be OEM, along with the timing chain tensioner, but the rails are steel backed.I dunno, I might use the thing since I cant find a decent ($1000 or so) 3.4 liter with everything I need, but I don't really want to put all the extra work into the 22RE swap when the 3.4 "bolts in" and can be "plug and play" with more power but similar mileage.~T.J.
