Good yj frames are starting to fetch good coin these days due to the rear sections rusting out on a lot of yj's that are still on the road. To the right person you could get $500 for the frame.
Yj tubs seem to range from anywhere from $200 to $1000 on the local Craigslist. If it has a title they will bring top dollar. If no title and no rust expect $400 to $500 on a comp cut tub.
