Whats it Worth?

One of my buddies wants to sale his Cab Truck, only thing is he doesn't know how much its worth.
It has a lot of nice parts. Only problem with it is it over heats pretty easy.
Specs:
454 with fuel injection
TH400 manual valve body.
NP205
Dana 60 with 4.56 gears and a Detroit. Yukon 35pline inner and outters with CTM Joints, and poly Drive Flanges
14 Bolt with detroit and 4.56 gears
44" TSL's with very little wear.
15x10 ORC Beadlocks.
AGR Ram assist.
Has many other little things.

Well, based on what I've seen other rigs like that go for... I'd say roughly 10. Maybe more since the cab is in such good shape.
