Hello, Heres the last year
After realizing 49s and a tall deck Merlin engine would not fit the old four seater, without some big firewall and link changes it was done. I wanted these changes. After a few meetings with Frankie and Sean (Station, POS steering) a new buggy was drawn up on CAD, a long way from the notebook paper and markers of the old. The new buggy design is totally different. Yes a fourseater but hopefully not stuck in the 90s I admit the old buggy was dated.
Our buggy was sold to Steven Oneal one year ago. The buggy was just sold last week to a guy named Kevin from Minnesota. I just talked with him and he is in the process of changing the roof lines (cut alot of tubing)
While the buggy was being built and wheeled, many things were put aside. Since these things have caught up with us and have been the main focus.
My son is playing baseball, football, etc. My wife has taken a new full time job at St Jude Research Hospital and I have been busy working on getting my neglected house back together (floors, paint, roof etc) and work my normal nightshft job. We also sold the previous motorhome and have purchased a larger one with more power to better pull a trailer. The motorhome although newer was neglected so I have spent countless hours fixing and changing.
I have had sinus surgery and a few other medical things cought up. Frankie has had some personal issues he needed time for, he is better than ever now. He also started manufacturing a FJ80 suspension kit. Sean married a girl right out of highschool, so you can imagine how thats going. Randy had a baby boy and got deep involved with Denis Anderson (Grave Digger) and the monster truck bunch.
I need all people mentioned to build this buggy, in my opinion they are the best.
The new buggy has been drawn, many of the parts have been gathered. Time as always is needed. Things are getting done so hopefull we will be able to get started soon.
Dan
