well i got my gearsets and master install kits from performance offroad center today and i need to get them set up. basic low down; 5.29:1 gear sets, timken master install kits for front and rear 8" differentials. i have a spool for the rear differential and a aussie locker that needs installed in the front. who should i go through and how much for both to be set-up???

my dad would have to be the one to pickup and dropoff the 3rd members, parts/lockers. because i still have 40 days till i'm out of the marine corp and move back to washington. so the closer to marysville, lowest price, but still a good place to get gears set-up is preffered.

thanks,
jared

actually we just need the bearings pressed on for now. my dad has the rest of the tools to do the install. just don't have a press.

what happens when you have to reshim the pinion how do you plan on taking the bearing back off and pressing it back on?

Take your old bearing and hone the inside of it until it is a nice tight fit over the journal but will come off easy enough that you don't need a puller
