you can find an '03 dually with 150K or a little over for about 18K. cheaper with an auto, that's with teh 6 speed HO. get your head out of the 99-02's, even if you make it not break down with all the updates I have, you still are stuck with 13mpg BEST towing. Some are anomalies and get mid teens, but never in the 20 range, downhill, tail wind, full synthetic front to back, just doens't happen. the 12v's and the 03 04 are normally always in the 20's empty and upper teens towing.I will agree on the 7.3's being priced right. get a 95 and up crewcab shortbed with 7.3 auto and you will fall in ****ing love. Oh yeah, dually, it'll be a longbed, still a cool truck that'll rock out for a long time. I'm not a ford fan, but the 7.3 is undeniably a good motor.
