Saw this rig at Hale last weekend. Holy crap that thing was doing work. It can't weigh anything. 2k lbs maybe? Looked like Mix matched 31's. Itty bitty 4cyl. What's the story on it?

I didn't go look closely, but I'm guessing it's a tracker firewall buggy. Pretty cool budget way to get down

It's definitely on a track/kick frame so im guessing 1.6l 8v 5spd w/ sami case on yotas? Looks like a swb too, maybe 100"

Looks like a decent, cheap buggy. Guessing they don't like bending tube though.

I rode with this buggy last weekend at Hale MT. It was definitely putting in work.

It was keeping up with the V8 rigs.

No need for bends. I guess if someone was so inclined, you could cut the roof off and re-tube it in a couple hours... for looks. or whatever.

I spoke to him for a second about it. Definitely had an accent. Super nice guy. It blew my mind how well it was working. I was working to keep up during our mass scramble from Rock garden to the pavilion.
