KS used to make an MSR (used set lasted me almost 2 years now. Too bad my tracbar adjustment was off and ripped one of them and one of the 255/85r/16s I had to no tread fast)

BFG was the only ones I could find that make them now. According to Interco's site, they don't make that size anymore. They make a Radial SSR 34/10.50/15 but that's too wide for my road driven MJ.

BFG ATs are about the only ones left that I know of. They don't even make the MTs in that size anymore.
If you switched to 16" rims, you could look into some 285s.
