Who's the dumbest in TN?

I can remember Paul Harvey making fun of McMinnville on the radio a few times back in the day.

Sweet number 5 and at the rate our school board is going we should be number one soon.

It was better in the '90s. Lafollette has had an influx of Yankees in the past 20 years :****:

So what your saying is a bunch of Yankees dropped out of school and moved to Lafollette??

Anyone know any Massengills around that area? My dad was born around Caryville????

Never said they dropped out of school.

I grew up in Caryville. Know a few Massengills.

Usual statistics bs, even the blogger person that compiled the list admits that the stats used don't mean much.

% of population over age 25 with no highschool diploma... Of course rural areas will have a higher percentage.

I know at least a half dozen successful business owners that don't have high school diplomas. Granted they are all age 40+

Apparently in the 70s and 80s, actually finishing high school and getting a diploma wasn't such a big deal... Ambition and work ethic seemed to go farther than a piece of paper

I'm thinking maybe the stats are correct. At least for the elected officials.

With the rock slide on I 75N, they have diverted traffic through Caryville, Jacksboro, and LaFollette. Caryville and LaFollette have there traffic lights on flash mode.

Here comes the genius part. They, LaFollette, have their police department directing traffic :dunno: Reset the flippn traffic lights so they work the way they are supposed to!

Hats off to you LaFollette, you've made the #1 spot on the list.
