Well first spec is 25-31 psi, next make sure your ECT sensor isn't open circut, that will dump way to much fuel to start. Find the fuel pump fuse, pull it, try to start, ( you may have to dry the plugs first), and you might have to crank a little, and you might have to insert the the fuse and remove a couple of times to get it to start.
