winch wiring

I up graded my winch siloinods to the up right ones and don't know where the wires huck on the siloinods. Any body klnow where they mount or have a picture they can show me of their wires. Its an warn winch.

Email Warn with your winch's serial #, they differ over time. You'll have to compare to the old setup and use some logic.
 
well the old silionods were the lay down style but they only have the up right style now and don't know where the wires huck on?

A solenoid has 4 terminals, two small for the coil and two big for the switch. Neither have to be connected in any special direction. Not that hard to figure out if you have the old schematic to get you started.
 
Ya but if I can get a picutre of a newer winch silionods then I could huck it up. I have tryed different was but no luck.

Ok, your new arrangement is similar to my 9000. I'll try to get a pic tonight but it'll be late...
 
I don't see a common ground for the soleniod coils in your setup. Refer to the brown wire in the top diagram that TJ posted.
 
Don't even ask what cables go to what terminals on the winch and battery, you should be able to decipher that from that other diagram. :flipoff:
