Okay I need to start looking at getting my Tuffy overhead console installed back into my TJ so I can have some sounds. Plus it makes me just feel better to know I can lock everything up.

So the question is who to get all the wires needed up and down the roll bars? If I run them on the outside I'll have to but some kind of cover over them. I can run them thru the center hoop and into the console but what is drilling holes in the cage going to do to it?

Am I missing ideas on how to do this?

Drilling a couple small holes in the tube will be fine.
Also, it will look at lot better than running them alongside the tube IMO.

You can get some grommets(sp?) And a steel fish tape. It takes some doing, but you can run the wires inside the cage for a clean look.

But running them outside in some of that black plastic wire wrap, is much easier to get to if you have an electrical failure.

Just depends on how much you trust your wiring.
