Wiring help in North Alabama

My lil brother needs some wiring done on his buggy and i don't do wiring at all and don't have time to help him mess with it. Who is someone in north alabama that will take care of him? He is in Cullman Al.
The guy that built his buggy had about 7 wires going to the hot terminal on the starter and they all shorted out and melted. Also the buggy doesn't have a fuse on it anywhere except for one relay for the fans.
He ordered a nice panel from 12voltguy with built in switches and fuses and needs someone to install the panel and re-wire the buggy correctly, maybe even install a few gauges for him. It would probably take someone that knew what they were doing about 2-3hrs at the longest. Any help on referring someone he could bring his buggy to that does good work would be awesome. Thanks

Need more info ! What motor is he running ? is it EFI ?

Its a little dodge neon motor converted to propane with a turbo. It has a msd ignition box and there is maybe 15-20 wires on the entire buggy including his lights. He just wants his new 12voltguy panel imstalled neatly and make sure the rest is done right.
