wiring problem

Is there a common wire that connects the turn signal, Heater fan, radio, cig lighter, Horn?? These items in my Xj are are not working. The only thing I recently changed is the steering column. But I am looking for a specific wire, or wires. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Electrical Problems

I used to own a 91 xj and had the same problem. I found the problem to be the wires running to the ignition switch. Its been some time but I recall that there was a main wire that ran all the things you mentioned. Mine had a break in it. The only other things I can think of is check your grounds and the relay for the starter. The starter relay is a junction for a lot of those items also.
