just my opinion, that is a thread that needs to stand Johns not being the fun police, but bringing to light that drivers need to be cautious. I dont think its the drivers fault, but I wouldnt hit **** that had the crowd pouring over into it. Just move down the trail and hit something else. I just dont like being sued. Maybe they dont care, but why risk it.
