Demo Steve said:I have a char griller. Bought it at lowes for $459 and love it. Temp stays within 10 degrees of setting. You can smoke at 225 or you can grill at 400. Holds 6 slabs of babybacks no problem and the wood flavor is awesome. You can see the smoke ring in your meat. Not going to be able to get one for much cheaper. I'm sure most purist will turn their nose but i have 3 kids under the age of 7 and don't have time to stoke a gire all day. 40 lb bag of wood pellets will last me about 32 hours of cooking. If your willing to spend more money you can get built in meat thermometers and some other options. I really didn't tell you much, but i sure enjoy mine.

X2 on the masterbuilt. I use an Amazin pellet smoke box in the bottom to get better smoke than the factory.GIZMO1 said:I have a Kamado Joe, BGE Mini Max and a Masterbuilt electric smoker, they each have there use but for the days I don't have time to keep a check on the grill or need to run errands I use the masterbuilt and it always produces great tasting food.
